You may make an online payment through our website using this link.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

As a service to each patient, we will call your dental insurance to obtain a benefit breakdown and/or assist with any pre-authorizations that may be required. While we do our very best to obtain accurate estimates for our patients, the patient estimate is never a guarantee of what your insurance will pay.

Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. A statement will be mailed to you upon your insurances final payment, and monthly thereafter. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. Remaining balances not paid by insurance will be due within two weeks of statement date.

Under special circumstances we do retain your credit card number to use for future charges and/or refunds. This information is securely held until your insurance provider has paid their portion of your bill and notified us of the amount that is your responsibility.  At that time any balance, will be charged / returned to your credit card, and a copy will be mailed to you.  This in no way compromises your ability to dispute a charge or question your insurance company’s determination of payment. Co-pays are still due at the time of your visit.
